Pineapple Lump Smoothie Recipe
// What You’ll Need
3/4 C cubed pineapple
1/2 ripe banana
2 pitted dates (medjool is best)
1-2 tsp cacao
1-2 tsp cacao nibs (for texture)
1 Tbs coconut cream
1/3 C almond milk
Add ingredients as listed, in layers, to a NutriBullet cup, blend until liquid.
Pour into a chilled glass, garnish with coconut cream as I’ve done, or cacao nibs and enjoy!
While this pineapple lump smoothie doesn’t taste exactly like eating a pineapple lump, it’s such an easy smoothie to make, and the taste is amazing. The pineapple flavour sings through and the cacao powder and nibs make for a great chocolatey taste while being good for you!
