Guys it’s here. My first ever fashion / what i’m wearing / outfit post. I’m a bit nervous and extremely excited to share it with you all.
I never knew what I wanted my first one to be, apart from that I wanted it to showcase what I really do wear on a daily basis. I was then approached by Kmart about their jeans range and how their jeans are affordable and have an amazing range of sizes. I was so excited because the perfect opportunity for my first fashion post had just landed in my lap!
Kmart has a fantastic range of denim styles heading into the cooler months – with a colour, a style and a fit for everyone! So, after the Easter weekend I went along to my local Kmart and had a look at their huge new range of jeans – all of them for under $25!
Talk about great.
I chose this pair of Lift and Shape jeans in Navy (they also had these in Black) to take home with me. They’re so comfortable and were super affordable.
What I Wore
Jeans – Kmart – $20
Tee – Kmart – $20
Cape – Cotton On – $29.95
Shoes – Kmart (many moons ago)
Bracelets – Some from Kmart ($4) and some my own
Lip Colour – Elf in Rich Red
I really love this ensemble, it’s comfortable, stylish and affordable which is pretty much me in a nutshell – right? 😉
I hadn’t ever really wanted to do fashion type posts until I stumbled across Baby Rebel Blog a long time ago. I have since then met Georgina and we’ve grown into good friends and shes slowly but surely helped me build up to this post today.
I exclaimed on twitter that I was super nervous about doing a post like this, I’m not hugely proud of my body or the shape that it’s currently in, but i’m making slow steps to get it to a healthier and fitter position before I focus on how it looks.
I would love to hear your honest thoughts on LauraLaura having posts like this in the future, as a web developer my wardrobe is a little bit limited but it is what it is, and thats me!
This post was made possible by Kmart, which means the voucher I received for the Jeans is for: my time, writing, researching, and editing. Not my opinion. All opinions are and always will be, my own.
